Team Descon Automation Control System for sincere effort in making our UAE customer happy to conduct their Integrated Tests as on 11th July 2024.
A customer who had dealt with Descon Automation Control System in the past more than 15 years ago. Considering the support and attentiveness they received from our company, this case was like a “returning customer” for our organization. Efforts from our company CEO’s involvement and seamless interactions with customers key personnel’s helped building the confidence on our team.
Descon Automation Control System Sales team demonstrated their patience and consistency to listen to every concern from this customer and to work in the right direction to secure the project in our favor. Commercial team had to attend very few meetings after top management initiated the discussion and connected the sales team to this customer. Customer was pretty happy on the final result.
Numerous revisions were taken place in the pre-sales stage as the customer tried all kind of permutations and combinations to reduce his expenditure. It involved many items as free issued to us which resulted in multiple revisions of our proposal. The efforts from our internal sales team were commendable.
Once we received the order, our procurement team was on tremendous pressure to get the raw materials. Even though free issue items were to be received, numerous components were to be procured locally as wells from Europe. Our procurement and logistics team being very flexible and overseeing the shipping process to ensure our assembly team gets all materials within the timeframe. Logistics crew supported us doing a wonderful job in accurately checking the bill of materials and placing material requests and chasing respective suppliers consistently.
Our customer had insisted to use their documentation in the whole project. But our assembly and manufacturing team were very meticulous in review of the complete scope to ensure a fully functional system is delivered in time. Our manufacturing team coordinated among our assembly team to work towards timely completion. Workmanship and consistency in following drawings helped leading the crew for works completion. QA / QC team were on their toes whenever a topic arise either in wiring or live testing on the panel.
Thanks to the team of technicians put their sincere efforts in accomplishing the task.
